How small and medium businesses left behind
Small and medium businesses (SMBs) are the backbone of the economy, but they often struggle to keep up with the pace of change in the digital world.
These are my thoughts, experiences, and observations on business, technology, leadership and whatever else catches my attention. I'm not trying to be the next business guru - I'm just sharing what I've learned building companies, making mistakes, and figuring things out as I go.
As someone who's founded several businesses and currently runs OMISAI, I've realized that most advice out there is recycled noise. What I write here comes from actually doing the work - the real stories, the uncomfortable truths, and the lessons that only make sense after you've lived them.
Sometimes I'll write about how small businesses can actually use technology without getting overwhelmed. Sometimes I'll challenge ideas that everyone accepts without question. Sometimes I'll just share a story that changed how I think about something.
These articles are my perspectives, my experiences, my mistakes. They might be wrong, but they're honest. If you're curious, open-minded, and prefer reality over inspiration, you'll probably find something useful here.
Welcome to my Journey.
